回顾社会主义核心价值体系的提出,阐述社会主义核心价值体系的内涵及发展,论述社会主义核心价值体系大众化及其现实意义,提出通过坚持以人为本与以文化人、以科学理论引领社会思潮、以现代传媒弘扬新风正气、以教育灌输构建共识、以制度规范建设强化共识的五个大众化路径,从而达到实现社会主义核心价值体系大众化的目标。

The paper reviews the posing of socialist core value system, illustrates the connotation and development of socialist core system. It discusses the popularization and realistic meaning of socialist core value system. It puts forward the way to achieve the popularization of socialist core value system by upholding the following five popularization paths such as people orientation and education of people with culture, guidance of social trend of thought with scientific theories, encouragement of healthy trends with modem media, construction of consensus with education indoctrination and reinforcement of consensus with standard construction of system.
