闽台两岸资源禀赋和经济结构的差异驱动服务外包的需求,两岸服务外包合作符合经济利益最大化的原则,需要通过整合双方的优势资源,提升双方在国内外的竞争力。闽台两岸服务外包的合作,应基于初级合作方式,大力发展战略型合作方式,努力开拓创新型合作方式,把闽台地区建设成亚太地区集劳动、资金和技术为一体的新型服务中心。

The discrepancy of resource gift and economic structure between Fujian and Taiwan drives the demand of services outsourcing. This services outsourcing will maximizes both economic benefits. Integration of two parties＇ advantage resource will promotes domestic and international competition power. The cooperate of Fujian and Taiwan＇s services outsourcing industry should set up basic consortium mode, develop a strategic consortium mode and endeavor to expand creative consortium mode. The cross-strait will become a new service center of Pacific Asia region where gathers the labor, capital and technique as a whole.
