摘要
通过查考,指出新编《莆田市志》、《莆田县志》中有关黄石文庙的记述不够准确;阐析文庙对黄石地区文化、经济、社会发展的贡献;提出政府对这类地方文物的保护应给予足够重视的建议。
Based on inquiry and textual research, this paper points out errors of text description on Huangshi Confucian Temple in both Chorography of Putian City and Chorography of Putian County, illustrates contribution of the Huangshi Confucian Temple to local cultural, economic and social development. The governments at various levels should attach enough importance to such kinds of local cultural relics.
