摘要
[目的]研究不同植物生长调节剂对巨峰葡萄硬枝扦插的效应。[方法]试验设萘乙酸(NAA)和阿司匹林(主要成分为水杨酸,SA)2个处理,以清水为对照,分析插条的成活率、地下部分根系及地上部分主梢的生长情况。[结果]萘乙酸和阿司匹林均能提高扦插苗木的成活率,促进地下部分根系及地上部分主梢的生长。[结论]萘乙酸和阿司匹林均有利于巨峰葡萄硬枝扦插的成活和生长,且萘乙酸比阿司匹林的效果好。
[Objective] The aim was to study effects of different plant growth regulators on hardwood cutting with Kyoho grape.[Method] With clear water as control,two treatments of Naphthalene acetic acid（NAA） and Aspirin（main ingredient salicylic acid） were set up,to analyze the survival rate of cuttings,the growth of roots and main tips.[Result] NAA and SA both could improve the survival rate of cuttings,promote the growth of roots and main tips.[Conclusion] NAA and SA both conducive to survival and growth of Kyoho grape,and the effect of NAA was better.
