胃癌化疗病人生活质量及睡眠质量的调查研究

Investigation on quality of life and sleep quality of gastric cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy

[目的]观察胃癌化疗病人生活质量及睡眠质量的情况,探讨其临床意义。[方法]选取85例胃癌化疗后的病人作为观察组,选取85例体检为正常的成人作为对照组,应用SF-36生活质量量表评价两组病人的生活质量,应用匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评价两组病人的睡眠情况。[结果]观察组生活质量评分明显低于对照组;PSQI评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量总体健康评分与睡眠质量评分呈负相关。[结论]胃癌化疗后病人的生活质量差,睡眠质量差,二者具有相关性,临床中应积极开展心理护理干预,以提高病人的生活质量及睡眠质量。

Objective：To observe the quality of life and sleep quality of gastric cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and probe into its clinical significance.Methods：A total of 85 cases of gastric cancer patients after accepting chemotherapy were selected as observation group,85 adults were selected as control group whose physical examination was normal,the quality of life of patients was evaluated with SF-36 quality of life scale and the sleep quality of patients was evaluated with PSQI.Results：the quality of life score of observation group was much lower than that of control group;PSQI score was higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）,the total health score of quality of life was negatively related to sleep quality.Conclusion：The quality of life and sleep quality of gastric cancer patients after accepting chemotherapy were bad,and there was correlation between them.The psychological nursing intervention should be carried out actively in clinic,so as to improve quality of life and sleep quality of patients
