摘要
[目的]观察电吹风联合美宝湿润烧伤膏预防重症监护室腹泻病人肛周湿疹的疗效。[方法]随机将72例重症监护室腹泻病人分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用电吹风联合美宝湿润烧伤膏预防肛周湿疹;对照组用温水清洁后使用强生婴儿湿巾纸擦拭肛周。[结果]观察组、对照组肛周湿疹发生率分别为8.33%、47.22%,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]电吹风联合美宝湿润烧伤膏可以预防肛周湿疹的发生。
Objective：To observe the curative effect of hair dryer in combination with MEBO moist burn cream for preventing perianal eczema in diarrhea patients in ICU.Methods：A total of 72 diarrhea patients in ICU were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group cases accepted the hair dryer in combination with MEBO moist burn cream for preventing perianal eczema;after cleaning the perianal skin with warm water,control group cases used the Johnson baby wipes paper to wipe the perianal skin after.Results：the incidence of eczema in observation group and control group was respective 8.33% and 47.22%,there was statistical significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：hair dryer in combination with MEBO moist burn cream can prevent occurrence of perianal eczema
