摘要
研究以问卷调查方式,选择信息产业中网络集成项目的营销过程为研究对象,以客户在选择项目代理商实施项目的决策过程为调查内容,研究分析客户心目中影响项目成交的关键因素。并将客户心目中影响成交的关键因素以及项目签订过程中和客户接触的营销团队的4种成员进行关联性分析,进而明确项目在营销过程中各阶段的人员的绩效和贡献度。
The essay chooses the the marketing process of the network integration project in the information industry as the research object in forms of questionnaire,and the decision-making process in choosing project implementation as the content,it also analyses the key factor that influences the deal.In the essay it has a connecting analysis of the relation between the key factors and the four members of the marketing team in signing the project,further,it confirms the achievement and the contribution of the people in different steps in the marketing process
