摘要
本文介绍了PN 1型喷涂机和PN GS2镁质涂料在安钢中间包上的应用。采用PN 1型喷涂机施工 ,具有灵活方便、缩短施工时间、降低工人劳动强度等优点。镁质涂料作为工作层可使中间包寿命提高两倍以上 ,对提高铸坯质量 ,降废减损具有重要意义。
The paper described the application of PN 1 painter and the PN GS2 magnesia coating on the tundish of Anyang Iron & Steel Company. The practice has proved that the coating has some advantages,such as convenience in constructing, reduction of constructing time and labour intensity.The magnesia coating working lining has increased the tundish life twice times.It is beneficial to the improvement of billet quality and the reduction of waste products.
