中国共产党强国富民的执政经验及其对海南发展的启示

The Ruling Experience of CPC in Improving National Strength and People's Affluence and Its Enlightenment for Hainan's Development

强国富民是中国共产党执政实践的出发点和归宿。六十多年来,中国共产党对中国社会发展道路进行了三次重要抉择,取得了举世瞩目的成就,积累了宝贵的历史经验。这些经验对海南经济社会发展产生两点重要启示:一是要坚持发展的阶段性、渐进性与跨越性的统一;二是要坚持解放思想、实事求是,充分利用中央给海南的各项优惠政策,加快发展。

It＇ s the starting point and the destination of the Chinese Communist Party （CPC） in its rul- ing practice to make the country powerful and the people well-off. Over the past 60-odd years, CPC has made three important choices as to the road of China＇ s social development, thus having secured success which has drawn worldwide attention and having accumulated valuable historical experience. There are in all this experience two important implications for the economic and social development in Hainan： firstly, we must adhere to the unity of periodic, gradual and leaping development ; secondly, we must persist in emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts so as to make full use of various preferential policies given by the central government to speed up the development.
