公民社会理论视野下的当代中国国家与社会关系探析

A Study of the Relations between State and Society in Contemporary China in the Context of Civil Society Theory

改革开放以来，我国国家与社会从高度一体化逐步走向了适度分离，国家与社会的关系处理得恰当与否，对于现代化进程具有要举足轻重的意义。文章在汲取和借鉴西方公民社会理论关于国家与社会关系模式的框架构想的基础上，探索构建转型期中国特色的互动和谐的国家与社会关系，以充分发挥国家和社会的活力，为中国现代化建设提供良好的生态环境。

Since the economic reform and opening up, the relationship between state and society in China has witnessed a gradual change from high unity to moderate separation, thus whether this relationship is handled properly or not matters much in the modernization drive. This paper attempts to explore the construction of an interactive and harmonious state-society relationship with Chinese characteristics in the transition period by learning from and drawing on the Western civil theory on the framework for the relationship mode between state and society so as to give full play to the vitality of the state and society and to provide a sound eco-environment for the modernization drive in our country.
