摘要
对化学镀Ni-Sn-P合金层的结构和性能,以及热处理对其结构和性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明:Ni-Sn-P合金层在镀态下为非晶态结构,耐蚀性好,硬度高,与基体结合力优良。经350℃热处理后,镀层发生晶化,耐蚀性下降,硬度增高,结合力提高。
Structure and properties as well as the effect of heat treatment on the structure and properties of chemical plated Ni Sn P alloy were studied. Result showes that Ni Sn P alloy deposit as plated is amorphous in structure and has good corrosion resistance, great hardness and better adhesion. After heat treatment at 350℃ for an hour, crystallization of the deposit occurs, the corrosion resistance reduces, the hardness and adhesion increases.
