摘要
在矿石工艺矿物学研究的基础上,通过反浮选实验研究,确定了西澳某褐铁矿的最佳选矿工艺流程及工艺指标。工艺矿物学研究表明,该铁矿石品位较高,其铁的质量分数为55.91%,磁性率为0.4%;矿石中的铁主要分布在褐铁矿中,其分布率达到98.8%。浮选实验研究表明,采用十二胺反浮选能够取得较好的选别效果:在磨矿细度小于0.074 mm颗粒量占64.88%,矿浆浓度17%,矿浆温度23℃,十二胺用量600 g/t,苛性淀粉用量1 500 g/t的中性介质条件下,经过一段粗选反浮选后,可获得铁质量分数为58.01%、回收率为83.83%、SiO2质量分数为2.78%的反浮选精矿。
Based on the study of the technological mineralogy of limonite ore and through the reverse-flotation experiments,the optimum processing flow and indices for the limonite ore in western Australia were determined,this result provided scientific basis for the exploitation and utilization of limonite deposit.The research results of the technological mineralogy showed that the Fe grade of the ore was 55.91% and the magnetic susceptibility was 0.4%.Fe was mainly distributed in limonite ore,with a distribution rate of 98.8%.The results of flotation experiments showed that reverse-flotation technology using dodecyl amine can achieved good separation effects.When ore was ground to 64.88% grinding fineness-0.074 mm,pulp density was 17% at 23 ℃,the pH value of pulp was 7,the dosage of dodecyl amine was 600 g/t and the dosage of caustic starch was 1 500 g/t,the reverse flotation concentrate with 58.01% Fe grade,83.83% Fe recovery and 2.78% SiO2 content can be obtained by process of one-stage roughing reverse flotation.
