传感器原理是大学理工科专业的学生学习和掌握现代传感器技术知识的一门重要课程。为了能使学生更深入地理解传感器原理知识,设计了一套可以完成传感器原理部分功能的测试系统。该系统硬件上主要以美国ADI公司生产的aduc7026为核心开发板,辅之以各种功能接口电路,实现了与多种传感器的接口;而且采用彩色液晶显示模块实现数字量输出、LED指示以及模拟量输出等多种输出模式;软件部分用C语言编程实现对数据的采集和处理。该测试系统能够实现多项传感器系统实验,进而巩固学生的理论课知识,与此同时能够培养学生的动手能力和创新能力。另外,系统可以为从事测试仪器开发的教师或技术人员提供一个较好的开发平台,在实际应用中取得了预期的效果,具有一定的实用价值。

Principle of sensor is a very important course for students in universities of science and engineering majors and master to knowledge of modem sensor technology. A test system which can complete control function of sensor was designed, so as to let students better understand the principles of sensor. The hardware part of the system is consisted of single-chipped computer aduc7026 produced by ADI primarily and function interface circuits. Color liquid crystal display module was used to realize digital output, LED display and analog output. The software part of the terminal unit is realized by C language to gather and process data. This system can complete many items of sensor system experiments. The test system allows not only the students consolidate the knowledge learnt from the professional courses, train the students in practical and creative abilities, but also can provide a better development platform for teachers or technical staffs who are engaged in the development of testing equipment. The validity of this test system is proved by practical application.
