办公自动化系统在现代办公中扮演着很重要的角色,通过对办公自动化系统的环境建设进行研究,以SQL Server为后台数据库,利用ASP作为数据库开发工具来实现办公自动化系统中的主要功能。利用Sothink DHTMLMenu软件设计网站系统的下拉菜单,利用附件形式上传和文字形式上传2种上传形式进一步实现办公自动化,编写程序代码以实现图片以Flash动画形式播放、留言本和即时在线交流等功能。以沈阳师范大学数学与系统科学学院办公自动化系统为例,给出了系统实现的方法和技巧。
