学习型党组织建设与党的建设关系研究述论

中共十七届四中全会明确提出了"建设马克思主义学习型政党"的党建命题,并强调"建设学习型党组织"是建设马克思主义学习型政党的重要着力点之一。《关于推进学习型党组织建设的意见》则进一步将学习型党组织建设定位在"建设马克思主义学习型政党的基础工程"之战略高度。如何认识学习型党组织建设在党的建设总体布局中的地位和作用,怎样理解学习型党组织建设与党的建设之间的相互关系,成为理论界竞相讨论的热点和新时期推进党的建设的关键。研究者各抒己见,主要观点有"坚持继承说"、"创新发展说"和"交叉重合说"等。
