PLC控制的离心机浇注闭环速度控制系统

离心机的主机行走及浇包翻转速度是制约铸管质量的主要环节，采用闭环控制是解决这一问题的关键，而ＰＬＣ的程序及控制精度又起着决定作用。本文就ＰＬＣ控制的水冷型离心机浇注闭环速度控制系统作一介绍。

The move of centrifugal machine and the overturn of the cast ladle are the main tache to affect the quality of pipes.The key to solve this problem is to apply closedloop system;the programme and the control precision of PLC are valid in this system.A method is introduced in this paper.
