摘要
介绍ＰＬＣ、变频器在轧钢厂加热炉上料系统中的应用。控制系统通过对钢材长度的实时检测，计算钢材运动的减速、停车位置，完成加热炉上料系统的进料、停车、推钢等自动操作。
The paper introduced the application of PLC in drive system of heating stove of steel rolling mill. In the system, the position of deceleration and stop for the steels transport is calculated by the measuring of steels length. The process automation is accomplished.
