Enterprise Management and Administration in an Uncertain Environment——The Impact of Financial Crisis to Trading Enterprises in Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone and Its Coping Strategy

随着全球化进程的加剧,企业外界经营环境的不确定性也在不断增加。由于市场边界的扩大、企业间协作程度的提高,经营环境中的不确定性对企业的影响越来越明显。针对于此,各类企业必须采取相应的措施以减轻环境变化带来的影响。本文在对外高桥11个贸易企业调研的基础上,分析并讨论了近几年全球金融危机后对贸易企业的影响及其应对策略。希望本研究对开展国际贸易的企业在不确定环境中的经营有所启示。

With the development of globalization, the marketing environment is getting more and more uncertain. For the expansion of market boundaries and enhancement of cooperation among enterprises, the uncertainty in marketing environment is having a more and more obvious influence on the enterprises. In light of this, various types of businesses should take appropriate measures to mitigate the impact brought by environmental change. Based on the research of 11 trading enterprises in Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone, this paper makes an analysis and discussion on the impact of the recent global financial crisis to trading enterprises and the coping strategy. Hope that this study will bring some inspiration to the enterprises developing international trade when operating in an uncertain environment.
