利用氩弧重熔工艺 ,在 4 5钢表面堆焊合金 ,以达到提高其表面硬度、耐磨性的目的 .并利用灰色系统理论对试验结果与表面合金成分进行灰色关联分析 ,以达到指导实验的目的 .

The authors used the Ar arc re melting process to make alloys into the surface of 45 # steel,which can increase remarkably its surface hardening and wearing resistance.The test results and the constitunents of surface alloy were analyzed by applying the grey relational interval analysis for guiding the test process.
