摘要
本文对管道环焊缝残余应力的产生机理与分布规律进行研究。通过调整应力分布的工艺,可以显著降低焊接接头内表面残余拉应力,甚至产生压应力,从而提高管道抗应力腐蚀开裂的能力。
Production mechanism and distributions of residual stresses in girth-welded pipes are analyzed in this paper. Three methods, which are widely used to reduce residual tensile stresses on the inner surface of pipe and change them into compressive stresses, are introduced. As a result, they can prevent from stress corrosion cracking dramatically.
