石白参柏汤保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床研究

Observation of Shibaishenbai Decoction Retention Enema on Ulcerative Colitis

目的观察石白参柏汤保留灌肠用于溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的疗效。方法将患者160例采用分层随机分组法随机分为两组,观察组给予石白参柏汤保留灌肠;对照组给予庆大霉素、柳氮磺吡啶加甲硝唑注射液保留灌肠。比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组腹痛、腹泻、腹坠胀、黏液便、脓血便、里急后重平均改善时间均明显短于对照组,其疗效优于对照组,随访1年后复发率明显低于对照组。结论石白参柏汤保留灌肠用于溃疡性结肠炎疗效好,且复发率低。

Objective： To investigate the Shibaishenbai Decoction for ulcerative colitis.Methods：160 cases of ulcerative colitis patients were divided randomly into the observation group and the control group.80 cases of observation group was used Shibaishenbai Decoction retention enema.The control group was given gentamicin,Sulfasalazine plus yellow pyridine metronidazole retention enema.The clinical efficacies were compared in 2 groups.Results：The clinical symptoms of abdominal pain,diarrhea,mucus blood and pus average improvement of 6 indicators were significantly shorter than those of the control group.The clinical cure rate,the total efficiency significantly higher relapse rate after 1 year follow-up were significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion：Shibaishenbai Decoction retention enema for ulcerative colitis is safe with no side effects.The recurrence rate is low and good clinical value.
