摘要
统计、分析了CNC车床的故障部位、故障模式及故障原因 ,指出了CNC车床的薄弱环节。对CNC车床的固有可靠性和工作可靠性进行了对比分析 ,提出了提高CNC车床工作可靠性的措施。
A reliability study of computer numerical control (CNC) lathes is described.The failure position and subsystem,failure mode and causes are analyzed to indicate the weak subsystem of a CNC lathe.Furthermore,the inherent and operational reliability of CNC lathe is analyzed in order to improve the reliability of CNC lathe.
