订单农业中农户隐性违约行为产生的原因与规避——由“瘦肉精”引发的思考

瘦肉精事件从表面上看是由个别丧失经济伦理意识的农户引发的,实质上订单农业固有的缺陷对这起事件也有很大的影响。从订单农业的风险利益分配机制入手,分析农户短视、功利倾向的原因,再以信息不对称理论解析合同不完全性以及监管困难对农户隐性违约倾向的影响。现实中公司存在不同程度的违约以及隐性违约成本低的原因使农户愿意以隐性违约行为扩大收益。
