摘要
随着电子商务的迅速发展,快递服务逐渐成为了人们生活中不可缺少的组成部分。快递企业的不规范、相关法律的缺失与立法活动的滞后以及消费者自身法律意识的淡薄都是导致其权益遭受不合理侵犯的重要因素。在快递服务的各个环节中,消费者的权益都有遭受侵害的危险。消费者应当了解有关快递业的法律法规并以之作为维护自身权益的武器。
With the rapid development of the electronic commerce,express services are becoming an indispensable part of our life.Unprofessional express companies,lacking relevant laws to constrain the companies,the lag of the legislation and consumer's lacking of law awareness are all factors that contribute to this result.In every step of the express service,consumers are all faced with the threaten that their rights could be violated.Consumers should be familiar with the relevant laws and use them as a tool to protect their own rights and interests.
