摘要 建立了一种研究激光刻花轧辊表面形貌的三维模型 .该模型采用有限元方法对熔池中的热传导、对流以及熔池表面变化进行了模拟 .模拟的表面形貌与实验结果进行了比较 。 A three dimensional model for studying the surface shape of the rolls textured by laser beam is set up. The fluid motion in the melt pool and the deformation of the liquid gas interface in addition to the heat transfer for the laser remelting is taken into account. The surface shape of the melt pool is numerically approached. The shape of the surface of the laser textured rolls is compared with the numerical results, having good agreement with the height, depth and width.
