摘要 采用固体粉末渗硼工艺,研究了YG6硬质合金刀片表面渗硼预处理对金刚石涂层附着力的影响.研究结果表明:YG6硬质合金刀片通过粉末固体渗硼,表面生成具有较好高温稳定性的、以CoB为主的渗层,克服了金刚石沉积中基底表面钴的不利影响,使得经渗硼处理的YG6刀片试样金刚石涂层附着力优于酸浸预处理试样. In order to improve the adhesion of the diamond to the WC-6%Co insert substrate, boronizing approach from solid powder was adopted the first time to deal with the surface cobalt of the substrate. A layer of the CoB and CoB, intermetallic compounds chemically bonded to the substrate was yielded during boronizing at 1 000 ℃ ×4 h, and the layer can effectively prevent the diffusion of the cobalt up to the surface during diamond deposition; the layer can relieve residual styesses at the diamond-carbide interface too. The diamond coating on the substrate by boronizing pretreatment shows a further significant adhesion improvement.
