江门中小企业国际化经营政策环境分析

An Analysis of the Policy Environment of Jiangmen's SMEs' Internationalization Operation

经验表明,中小企业要在国际化经营中取得成功,不仅取决于自身实力,还取决于竞争环境和规则。江门近年从法律、财税、金融等方面为中小企业国际化经营创造了良好环境,但其政策制定及执行仍存不少问题,亟需进一步在完善法律保障体系、加大政策法规执行力度等方面做出努力。

Experience shows that the successful internationalization operation of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) depends not only on the SMEs' strength,but also on the competition environment and rules.In recent years,Jiangmen has greatly improved the environment for its SMEs from the aspects of law,taxation,and finance,but there still exist a number of problems in its policy making and implementation.Efforts are necessary to further improve the legal guarantee system and policy implementation for SMEs in Jiangmen.
