摘要
张树峰是我国在本世纪第一个越过2.30m的跳高运动员,蝉联了第10、第11届全运会男子跳高冠军,通过对他在第11届全运会越过2.28m的技术动作进行运动学研究,结果表明:张树峰的摆动腿着地点到身体重心的水平距离相对较大;起跳开始阶段的身体重心水平速度有所下降;起跳开始瞬间身体重心高度低于摆动腿最大缓冲瞬间的身体重心高度;在起跳过程中起跳腿在最大缓冲瞬间膝角在背越式跳高膝关节缓冲最佳角度范围之内;起跳阶段的蹬伸距离较小,缓冲时间相对较长,腾起角度比较合理。
ZhangShuFeng is the first Chinese high jumper who conquered 2.30m our in this century and won the championship of men's high jump at 10th and 11th National Games championship.The paper makes a kinematical research on ZhangShuFeng's technique characteristics at the 11th national Games when he jumped over 2.28 m,with the rsult showing that the horizontal distance between the touchdown point of his swinging leg and body gravity is realtively large;the horizontal speed of the body weight at the start of takeoff decreases;the body gravity height at the takeoff is lower than that of the swinging leg at the biggest buffer;in the process of take-off,the angle of the takeoff leg is within the range of the best angle of knee point at the biggest buffer in Fosbury flop;the pedaling distance of at the take off is small while the buffer time is longer and prancing angle is reasonable.
