摘要
运用文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑论证等研究方法,基于课程实践视角,对体育课程资源管理的实施主体、策略及程式进行了系统化的深入研究,旨在从实践层面探讨如何实现对体育课程资源进行有效的科学管理,提高体育课程资源的开发与利用率。结果表明:体育课程资源管理的主体逐渐由一元化的政府主导型转变为国家、地方和学校三级管理型,但其在管理职能、内容、方式等方面需要体现出各自的管理重点;体育课程资源在管理实施策略上主要是建造立体化的体育课程资源库、建立科学化的体育课程资源配给制度、打造体育课程资源的网络共享平台;管理实施程式上主要是建立学校体育工作改革领导小组、完善体育课程资源的优化、筛选与整合机制、做好体育课程资源的统筹部署等。
Depending on literature,expert interviews,logic reasoning,etc.,the paper,from the perpective of curriculum practice,makes a systematic study of the subject,the strategies and the formula of the implementation of the management of P.E.curriculum resources in order to explore how to realize the scientific management of P.E.curriculum resources and promote the development and untilization of P.E.curriculum resources.The results show that: The subject of the management of the P.E.curriculum resources has now gradually turned from the unified government-leading style into the one of the three levels of the state,the regions and the schools,but the management function,contents and methods need to reflect their own management priority;The strategies of management of P.E.curriculum resources are mainly to build a three-dimensional database of P.E.curriculum resources,establish the scientific rationing system of P.E.curriculum resources and create the network sharing platform of P.E.curriculum resources.The formulas of the management implementation are mainly to establish the leading team of school P.E.reform,optimize P.E.curriculum resources,screen and integrate the concerning mechanism,etc.
