从润滑角度探讨异常声的产生机理 ,分析润滑膜成膜和破裂对异常声形成的影响因素 ,即润滑剂的粘度和稠度、温度、转速、载荷、杂质及轴承零件对异常声的影响和控制。附图 2幅。

From the view of lubrication, the paper researches the producing mechanism of abnormal sound, analyzes the formation and split of lubrication film to effect on formation of abnormal sound, discusses the factors of viscosity, consistency, temperature, rotional speed, load, impurity and components of the bearing etc to effect on the abnormal sound of the bearing and puts forward the control method for above factors.
