摘要
利用微波法对大青叶中的靛蓝和靛玉红进行提取,采用单因素试验和正交试验对其提取工艺进行优化。最佳提取工艺为:90%甲醇溶液作为提取剂、30倍溶剂量(g/mL)、提取时间3 min、提取温度60℃、微波功率1 000 W,靛蓝和靛玉红的提取率分别为6.20 mg/g和2.42 mg/g,此工艺条件为大青叶的药物综合利用提供了依据。
In this paper,indigo and indirubin were extracted by microwave method.The extraction procedure of indigo and indirubin in Folium Isatidis was studied to get the optimum conditions by single factor and orthogonal experiments.The best conditions were 90 % methanol solution,1∶30 of material and liquid ratio,3 min microwave time,60 ℃ microwave temperature,1000 W microwave power.As a result,the extraction rates of indigo and indirubin from Folium Isatidis were 6.20 mg/g and 2.42 mg/g,respectively.It provides new evidence for the utilization of Folium Isatidis in pharmaceutical use.
