明日叶中总黄酮的提取工艺优化和检测方法的对比研究 被引量:14

摘要 采用单因素和正交试验对明日叶中总黄酮的提取工艺进行优化,并对检测方法进行对比研究。硝酸铝显色法确定最佳提取工艺:60%乙醇回流,30倍溶剂用量,提取100 min,提取2次,总黄酮提取率为1.946%;氯化铝显色法确定最佳提取工艺:80%乙醇回流,40倍溶剂用量,提取为100 min,提取1次,总黄酮提取率为1.811%。所选取的提取工艺提取效率高、稳定,为明日叶的综合利用提供了依据。 Using heating circumfluence extraction method,the optimum extraction conditions of total flavonoids in Angelica keiskei Koidzumi were studied by single factor and orthogonal experiments.The optimum extraction conditions detected by Al(NO3)3 developing method were 60% ethanol concentration,1:30 of material and liquid ratio,100 min extraction time,extracted 2 times.Under these conditions,the extraction yield was 1.946%.The optimum extraction conditions detected by AlCl3 developing method were 80% ethanol concentration,1:40 of material and liquid ratio,100 min extraction time,extracted 1 time.Under these conditions,the extraction yield was 1.811%.The extract rate of total flavonoids was high and steady with this technology,which provides new evidence for the utilization of Angelica keiskei Koidzumi.
