摘要
本研究采用修订后的教师教学风格评价量表(TSTI),对216名幼儿园教师进行问卷调查,结果表明不同教龄的教师在局部型、激进型、立法型和执行型教学风格上存在差异;有无职称及职称的高低影响着幼儿园教师的整体型、局部型、激进型和执行型教学风格;一般教师和优秀教师在整体型和执行型教学风格上存在显著差异;幼儿园教师的教学风格不受学历和园所级别的影响。
The purpose of this study was to explore the teaching styles of 216 kindergarten teachers though revised Stemherg's TSTI. The results showed that teachers with different teaching ages and professional titles had significant differences on teaching styles. But there were no differences in different educational backgrounds and kindergartens.
