摘要
本文采取利用MATLAB图形处理函数对织物切片的图片进行处理的方法测量纱线直径。使用CU-Ⅱ纤维细度仪中的显微图像分析应用软件包测量出纱线直径,将测试结果在SPSS17.0软件中进行单样本K-S检验,结果表明测得的数据正态分布,同时误差在允许范围内。试验表明通过这种方法测试织物中的纱线直径结果比较客观且可行。
The study used a slice technology to produce the fabric slices, get the fabric slices, and then using MATLAB graphics processing functions handle them in order to measure. At last using of Microscopic image analysis software package in CU-Ⅱ Fiber Fineness Instrument to measure yarn diameter, through K-S single-sample test with SPSS17.0 software, the test results showed that the measured data were normal distribution, while the error were in the allowable range. The test results showed that measuring the diameter of yarn in this way is objective and reliable.
