86例颈总动脉粥样硬化患者糖代谢分析

Eighty-six patients with carotid atherosclerosis in patients with analysis of glucose metabolism

目的探讨颈总动脉粥样硬化程度与血糖异常情况。方法 86例行颈总动脉检查根据颈动脉硬化程度分组,并行空腹血糖、糖耐量及血脂检查。结果糖耐量异常患者颈总动脉粥样硬化程度比正常糖耐量硬化程度高(P<0.05)。结论早期干预糖耐量异常患者血糖具有临床意义。

Objective To investigate the common carotid artery atherosclerosis of carotid atherosclerosis in patients with abnormal glucose.Methods 86 routine patients with carotid artery were grouped according to degree of carotid atherosclerosis.Parallel fasting glucose,impaired glucose tolerance and blood lipids were in check.Results Impaired glucose tolerance in patients with carotid artery atherosclerosis have a high degree of hardening than normal glucose tolerance（P 0.05）.Conclusion Early intervention of impaired glucose tolerance in patients has clinical significance of blood glucose.
