复发性下消化道出血的诊治 被引量：3

摘要 复发性下消化道出血是指经胃镜、结肠镜和（或）X线小肠钡餐未能发现出血部位和病因的、持续或反复的中（小肠）、下（大肠）消化道出血,即隐源性出血（ obscure bleeding）.根据临床征象可分为隐源性显性出血（obscure overt bleeding）和隐源性隐性出血（ obscure occult bleeding）[1].
