心肾综合征的中西医机制研究进展 被引量：8

摘要 心力衰竭（心衰）和肾功能不全是临床上常见的综合征。据报道[1],在因急性心力衰竭入院的患者中,19%～45%的患者出现了肾功能恶化。心力衰竭（heart failure HF）患者出现肾功能不全或使原有的肾功能不全进行性加重,
