福建省环三都澳区域城乡二元文化结构困局破解研究——基于节庆旅游发展视角

The Solution of the Predicament of Urban-rural Dual Cultural Structure of Huansanduao Region in Fujian Province:on Basis of the Development of Festival Tourism

受二元文化制度影响,环三都澳区域城乡二元文化结构困局明显。在环三都澳区域经济发展进程中,城市文化事业与产业发展较快,且对乡村地区形成了绝对的不对称优势。作为兼顾文化与旅游产业功能的节庆旅游能够通过对乡村文化的开发,实现乡村经济发展的同时,促进乡村地区文化产业的发展,实现该区域城乡二元困局结构的破解。文章通过构建节庆旅游在城乡二元文化结构困局破解中的作用机制模型,研究通过发展节庆旅游实现福建省环三都澳区域城乡二元文化结构困局破解的措施。

Due to the influence of the dual mechanism, the predicament of urban-rual dual cultural structure in huansanduao region is evident. In the process of the development of economy, the cultural industry in cities develops quickly, and it has the unsymmetrical advantage. The festival tourism with the function of cultural and tourism industry can promote the development of village culture, and econ- omy at the same time. And also with the development of village cultural industry, it can achieve the solution of the predicament of urban-rual dual cultural structure. By establishing the modle of the func- tion of festival tourism industry in the solution of the predicament of the urban-rural dual cultural structure, this paper seeks the steps to solve the predicament of the urban-rural dual cultural structure in Huansanduao region of Fujian province by developing festival tourism.
