湿润烧伤膏治疗1例肠造口周围皮肤损伤的体会

Experience in Using MEBO Ointment to Treat One Case of a Skin Defect around the Intestinal Stoma

目的观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗肠造口周围皮肤损伤的临床疗效。方法在肠造口周围皮肤损伤处直接涂抹湿润烧伤膏,每日换药1次。结果肠造口周围皮肤糜烂经其他换药治疗,局部改善不明显,而用湿润烧伤膏换药治疗4 d后皮肤损伤全部治愈。结论湿润烧伤膏能够促进肠造口周围损伤皮肤的愈合,治疗效果显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of MEBO Ointment in treating the skin detect around the intestinal stoma. Methods Topically administered MEBO Ointment was used for a patient with a skin defect around the intestinal stoma, once a day. Results The skin erosion around the intestinal stoma that could not be obviously improved by other topical medications was healed after the use of MEBO Ointment for 4 days. Conclusion MEBO Ointment can pro-mote the healing of skin defects around the intestinal stoma with a significant efficacy.
