湿润烧伤膏油纱条治疗肛周脓肿疗效观察

Effectiveness Observation of MEBO Gauze in Treating Perianal Abscess

目的观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)油纱条引流治疗肛周脓肿切开排脓术后的临床效果。方法 28例肛周脓肿患者行脓肿切开排脓术后用MEBO油纱条填塞脓腔引流换药治疗。结果 27例(96.43%)患者经4～6次MEBO油纱条换药治疗后创口愈合,仅1例愈合后形成肛瘘,经肛瘘挂线手术治疗后痊愈。结论 MEBO油纱条堵塞脓腔引流治疗肛周脓肿效果显著。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of MEBO gauze used in drainage after the incision of perianal abscess. Methods ： 28 patients, after incision nf perianal abscess, were treated by filling MEBO gauze into the abscess area to drain the exudates. Resuhs： 27 cases （96.43%） were cured after 4 -6 MEBO gauze dressing changes. Anal fistula occurred in one case after the healing of the incision; the anal fistula was cured by placement of a seton stich. Conclusion： MEBO gauze, as a drainage stuffing, has remarkable effect in treating perianal ahscess.
