This paper introduced the production process and technical specification of a novel cement based waterproof powder as well as its application feature in architectural paint decoration,which eradicated the drawbacks of conventional putty,such as chalking,peeling and cracking etc.The example and practical results of application on exterior architectural paint decoration were also given.
