摘要
以过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,以二甲基亚砜(DMSO)为溶剂,通过自由基聚合的方法制备PVA接枝NIPA共聚物(PVA-g-PNIPA)。用丙酮做凝固浴,通过湿法纺丝工艺,制得PVA-g-PNIPA凝胶纤维,用甲醛后交联该纤维。结果表明该纤维具有良好的温度响应性能。
PVA-g-PNIPA copolymer was synthesized through radical polymerization using potassium peroxodisulfate(KPS) as initiator and dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO) as solvent.Then the PVA-g-PNIPA hydrogel fiber was prepared by spinning the blending solution in acetone solution and was crosslinked by formaldehyde.The result showed that PVA-g-PNIPA hydrogel fiber pocessed good temperature-sensitivity.
