摘要
合成了四种对苯二胺类双核Schiff碱化合物双苯甲醛缩对苯二胺、双水杨醛缩对苯二胺、双对甲氧基苯甲醛缩对苯二胺、乙酰丙酮缩对苯二胺。利用紫外光谱、红外光谱对其结构进行了表征并采用滤纸片扩散法测试四种双核Schiff碱对黑曲霉、木霉、立枯丝核菌、尖镰孢菌黄瓜专化型四种菌种的抑制作用,结果表明:双水杨醛缩对苯二胺Schiff碱对四种细菌的抑制作用较为明显。
The Schiff bases condensed from p-phenylenediamine with benzaldehyde,p-phenylenediamine with salicylaldehyde,p-phenylenediamine with anisaldehyde and p-phenylenediamine with acetylacetone.The synthesized compounds were characterized by infrared spectroscopy and UV-visible.The experiment used filter paper method to determine four Schiff bases inhibitory action with aspergillus,trichoderma viride,rhizoctonia solani,tip of fusarium cucumber specially type.The results showed that the Schiff bases condensed from p-phenylenediamine with saicylaldehyde inhited four strains well.
