烟气中NO_X光催化氧化与吸收处理的研究

摘要 煤在燃烧过程中会产生大量有害气体,严重危害人类赖以生存的环境。为了减轻烟气中NOX对环境的污染,采用光催化氧化的方法,将NOX气体中的NO转化成NO2,并以尿素溶液为吸收液,采用填料鼓泡床反应器将NO2吸收掉。实验最佳结果为:以玻璃环涂膜TiO2/ZnO为催化剂,总进气量1.23 L/min,NOX浓度从325 mg/L降到86 mg/L,总去除率可达73.5%。此方法工艺过程简单,能耗低,吸收液可作为液体肥料使用,对烟气中的NOX经过连续氧化、吸收处理,出口气体中NOX含量完全达到国家规定的排放要求。 In the process of coal combustion,it will produce large quantities of the harmful gas,and seriously harm to the human survival environment.In order to reduce NOX in flue gas pollution to the environment,by photo-catalytic oxidation method,turn NO into NO2,take urea solution as absorption liquid and using packing bubbling bed reactor absorb NO2.The best experiment results are: glass ring film TiO2 as catalyst,the total intake air amount 1.23L/min,NOX concentration from 325 mg/L down to 86 mg/L,the total removal rate up to 73.5 %.This method has the advantages of simple process,low energy consumption.The absorption liquid can be used as liquid fertilizer,by continuous oxidation,absorption treating,the exit gas of NOX content can fully meet the state emission standards.
