摘要
针对小模数非标齿轮传统制造工艺存在的不足,对其连续冷挤压的成形工艺进行了研究。介绍了小模数非标齿轮连续冷挤压成形工艺的可行性、毛坯确定、挤压工艺路线、模具设计与制造等内容。实践证明:小模数非标齿轮采用冷挤压成形工艺,产品质量好,生产效率高,材料利用率高,为连续冷挤压成形技术在齿轮类产品中的应用提供更加可靠的依据。
According to deficiencies in traditional manufacturing process of small module nonstandard gear,the continuous extrusion forming process was studied.The feasibility,blank determination,extrusion process,mold design and manufacturing in continuous cold extrusion forming process of small module nonstandard gear were introduced.The practice proves that small module nonstandard gears by cold extrusion forming technique has good quality,high production efficiency,high material utilization rate,which provide more reliable basis in the application of continuous cold extrusion technology in gear products.
