电力金具球头冷锻成形的数值模拟和试验研究 被引量:3

Simulation and experimental research of cold forging process for electrical fitting ball

摘要 针对电力行业所用金具球头的生产加工,提出一套冷锻成形方案,以改进现有机械切削加工工艺,降低生产成本。首先通过对零件形状的分析,制定出初步的冷锻工艺过程,再利用Deform-3D锻造模拟分析软件,对所制定冷锻工艺进行计算分析验证,最后根据模拟结果确定及调整工艺方案,设计出一套冷锻模具,实施实际冷锻工艺试验。并成功锻打出合格的金具球头冷锻件。 A cold forging process program to improve the processing methods of ball fitting in the power industry and reduce production costs was proposed.First,through part shape analysis,a preliminary cold forging process was designed,and then using the Deform-3D forging simulation software,the cold forging process was validated by calculation and simulation analysis.Finally,according to the simulation results to determine and adjust the process plan,the cold forging die was designed,and the actual process experiment was conducted,and the qualified fitting ball cold forging workpiece was produced successfuly.
