摘要
根据结构等强度优化理论,利用拉美公式优化得出凹模各层尺寸及层间过盈量,得出平端面组合凹模的优化结构;分析了端面倾角和阶梯高度以及两者共同作用时组合凹模应力状况,并拟合出组合凹模的最大等效应力与阶梯高度和端面倾角的函数关系。结果表明,在其他条件相同的情况下,阶梯式斜端面组合凹模具有更高强度。
According to the structure equivalent strength optimization theory,each cavity die layer's size and inter layer interference of the flat end combined cavity die were obtained by using the Lame formula.The stress situation of the combined cavity die influenced by the end angle,stage height and both of them were analyzed.According to the method of data fitting,the function relationship between the maximum equivalent stress and height difference and the end angle was contained.The result shows that in the same circumstances the staged oblique end cavity die has higher strength than the flat one.
