摘要
介绍了目前60AT尖轨跟端的成形工艺,利用3D塑性成形软件Deform模拟了60AT尖轨一次加热模压成形全程自动化操作的新工艺。通过对比不同模具型腔下成形的工件,获得了合理模具型腔的尺寸。利用新的模具模型,再次模拟AT尖轨跟端成形过程,全面分析AT尖轨跟端模锻成形过程中金属的流动规律、应力应变分布、温度场分布,确定了AT尖轨在模压下热变形工艺。
The current forming process of 60AT rail was described,and the new process was simulated by using Deform,whose operation of forming is automatic completely under high temperature.The results show that the final cavity shape is rational by comparing shape of different workpieces after simulation.Then the new forming process was simulated again with the new mold model.And the thermal molding process of 60AT rail was determined through analysis of metal flowing pattern,and its distribution of stress,strain and temperature.
