摘要
为了解Outlast粘胶纤维的结构和调温性能,分别采用红外光谱、X射线衍射、扫描电镜观察分析Outlast粘胶纤维的微观结构,同时通过差热分析、热重分析和降温实验测试分析Outlast粘胶纤维的调温性能。结果表明:Outlast粘胶纤维的微观结构与普通粘胶纤维相似;熔融峰和结晶峰均为双峰,具有适当的相变温度范围和较高的相变焓值;在280~320℃之间纤维有明显失重;降温速率随时间的延长呈指数规律减小,调温性能优于普通粘胶纤维。
For better understanding of the structure and temperature-regulating performance of Outlast viscose fiber, the micro structure of Outlast viscose fiber was analyzed by FT-IR spectrometry, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy, respectively, and the temperature-regulating performance of Outlast viscose fiber was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry, thermal gravimery analysis and cooling test. The results show that the micro structure of Outlast viscose fiber is similar to that of normal viscose fiber. Both the melting peak and crystallization peak of Outlast viscose fiber are double peaks, and the phase change temperature range is applicable and the phase change enthalpy is higher. The weight loss temperature of Outlast viscose fiber is about 280 - 320 %. The cooling velocity of Outlast viscose fiber decreases exponentially as the time increases, and its temperature-regulating performance is superior to that of normal vi^c~a~,~ f;h,~,
