摘要
在分析剑杆织机经纱张力控制中噪声源及噪声特性的基础上,提出滤波器的设计思路和原则。针对低通滤波器带来的相位滞后,同时增大广义对象的时间常数问题,定义难控度概念。对比分析引入不同时间常数的低通滤波器对控制器设计的影响,提出剑杆织机经纱张力控制器设计方法。通过MatLab的simulink仿真,验证滤波器分析和设计的有效性,可为实际系统滤波器及控制器分析和设计提供依据。
Design concept and principles of the filter are brought out based on the analysis of noise source and characteristics during controlling rapier loom's tension. In view of the fact that low pass filter brings lag phase and increases time constant of generalized object,the difficult control degree is defined. The influence of the low pass filter with introduction of different time constants on the design of the controller is analyzed, and the designing method of the warp yarn tension controller is set forth. Matlab's simulink is used to conduct simulation to verify This study can be used as a basis for designing the effectiveness of the analysis and design of the filter. the actual rapier loom's tension controller and filter.
